Amber Black layed down her bag onto the large desk in the front of the room. Villes layed all over the desk and she picked each one up and moved them onto a counter on the right side of the room. She seemed to have benn very early to her class and decided to get ready.

She pulled out a book from her bag and she sat on the floor. She needed to decide what to start her students out with. She didnt want to send students to the Hospital Wing by making them come up with a highly deadly potion if it went all wrong. She thought to her self nodding her head and came up with a potion.

Pushing herself she mounted her hand onto the desk and pulled up. She grabed the chalk and wrote on the board:

'Pepperup Potion'

Razcy Longbottom entered the classroom wearing her Ravenclaw robes along with a hat made out of cardboard that was placed on her head at an ackward angle. It looked as if it was about to fall off but as she walked across the room did stayed on her head. She sat down in the seat that was the closest to the teacher. She then retirved her potion book from her bag and placed it on her desk and then placed teh bag under her seat. She then crossed her hands and said "Hello. I'm Razcy Longbottom."

Amber turned around at the sound of a student's voice.
Razcy, Razcy, Razcy. She repeted to herself, trying to remember her name.
"Nice to meet you Razcy, Im Amber Black. Your new Potions Teacher." There was a pause and she continued."So, What do you know about the Pepperup Potion?"

"Mommy takes it and places it around the house" Razcy said. "She says that it lures away the fire bugs. She says we have to keep the fire bugs away or they could burn down our house. When we place the Pepperup Potion outside it lures the fire bugs to the potion and they drink that and then they blow up." Razcy said

Amber nodded, "Yes it is known to do that..No clue why." Amber sat down behind her desk and continued.

"The Pepperup Potion is the cure for the Common Cold. The only real side effect for the Potion is the occasional Steam from the ears. It was invented by Glover Hipworth. Now he had drunk so much of the potion that when he finnally ended up with the cold he couldn't fight it off and ended up dying." Amber smiled her eyes shining topaz, her skin pale white.

"Muggles as you know dont have what they call a "Vaccine" as we have the Pepperup Potion and catch the Common Cold quite often. Immunization is important in the wizarding world. The body is very complex, once you have caught something your body learns what it needs to do to fight it off the next time."

"That is all very imteresting Professor" Raczy said as she put her quill into her hand and started to scribled down everything Amber was saying. "My Mommy buys that potion and gives it to me whenever I get a cold or even just a runny nose." she added once she was finsihed writing her notes

Amber smiled a weak smile.
"Its a rather simple potion a brew, it takes a while though." Amber's tone changed, She was wide eyed as she looked into her class. "Where is everyone?" She mumbled aloud. There was a silence as Amber gathered her thoughts. "Raczy, what would you like to study and brew?" She said wondering where her class was.

Razcy was about to anwser her question when all of a sudden the classroom door opened and Tom Riddle II walked in. "Well Professsor I think that it would be fun to make the Pepperup Potion. Can we make that? Once we have ity brewed can I keep some so that I can send it home to mom?" Razcy said as Tom walked over to the back of the classroom and sat down in one of the chairs

"Of course.." Amber nodded. "What is your name?" She said smiling at her new student walk in.

Tom looked up once the teacher had said his name. "My name is Tom" he said answering her question. He then pulled out his potions book but didnt open it. Instead he contiued to sit there waiting for the teacher to start the class

"Well Tom.." Amber started. "We are starting with the Pepperup Potion." Amber smiled waiting for a reasponce or a question to answer.

[b]Tom heard what the teacher said and didnt say anything at first. Once he saw that she was waiting for him to say something he then said "What fun. We get to make a Potion" Tom said forcing a smile on his face

Amber noticed this didn't seem to please Tom. The smile on Amber's face began to fade. "Yes." She said in a low tone.

"Lets make the potion now" Razcy said jumping around in her seat. SHe rushed over to the cupboard with ingredieants in it and started to get the things that she needed. She then rushed back to her seat and then started to read what all she had to do.

Tom just sat in his seat not making any movements. He didnt want to make a potion as smiple as the one that the teacher wanted to him to make
